Contact forms and correspondence
When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry. Messages are delivered to our email inbox. Contact Form 7 does not itself store submissions in the WordPress database. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics through Site Kit by Google to understand how visitors find and use the site. Analytics can collect information about pages viewed, interactions, approximate location, device and browser information, and referral sources, and may use cookies or similar technologies. Google processes this information according to its policies. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Hosting and technical information
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, request information, and technical logs to deliver the site, troubleshoot problems, and protect it from abuse. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy.
Maps, embedded content, and external links
Maps and embedded content may load resources from third-party services. Your browser may send those providers technical information, such as your IP address, when loading their resources. Embedded videos, images, and other content behave as if you visited the provider’s website and may use cookies or track interactions under that provider’s policies. Links to attractions, festival organizers, and our shop lead to separate pages or services whose privacy practices may differ.
Your information and requests
Information may remain in correspondence, WordPress records, service-provider records, and backups. Retention depends on the purpose and the relevant system. You can contact us to request access to or deletion of personal information you have provided. We may need to verify the request, and some records may need to be retained for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
