About Jell-O Gallery
Le Roy takes its gelatin claim seriously enough to maintain a museum devoted to Jell-O. The gallery traces the dessert’s local origins through packaging, advertisements, and the strange cultural afterlife of a food that jiggles.
It occupies the Le Roy House historic complex on East Main Street, making it an easy detour from the town’s other oddity, the Marion Steam Shovel. Check the historical society’s current opening days and admission before visiting.
